Assessment Rates

Fees for psychoeducational assessments vary based on the referral question and the assessment tools used. A comprehensive assessment, which typically includes measures of cognitive functioning, academic achievement, and emotional and behavioral functioning, is estimated at $1900.

This fee includes an initial clinical interview, standardized testing, scoring and interpretation, a detailed written report, and a feedback session to discuss results and personalized recommendations.

Payment and Insurance

Payment is due at the end of each session. Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, credit card, debit, and direct billing to your insurance provider when available. For your convenience, credit card information may be securely stored in an encrypted electronic health record system. A receipt or invoice will be provided after each session for clients who wish to submit for reimbursement through their health care coverage or insurance provider. 

I provide direct billing to most insurance companies, including Telus Health, Alberta Blue Cross, ASEBP, Sun Life, Canada Life, Manulife Financial, Green Shield, and several others. I am an approved provider for the Physician and Family Support Program.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
